Construction Continues...

If you have been following us you know how big a remodel this project is and how extensive the planning and implementation has been. Everyone keeps telling me, "it will all be worth it" and as the building takes shape I certainly agree! The improvements are nothing short of breathtaking.

We are not done yet. There is still a lot left to do, but I wanted to drop a few highlights of the progress. As I write today the truss installation is complete and being prepared for the roof installation. By the end of the week we should be "in the dry" as they say in construction and hope to begin installing our brewing equipment. Very exciting things coming.
