Construction Begins Soon!

There has been a ton of work happening, but most of it has been in the background. I am excited to announce that construction will begin soon, so the progress moving forward will be very visible. In the next few weeks you will begin to see big changes in the look of the building, and oh how exciting it will be!

If you are in the area I encourage you to just drive around the square in Marshall and join us in the excitement and anticipation of this long time dream finally taking physical shape.

The first thing you will see is the demolition. Everything will be removed except the brick walls and concrete floors. Next will be the new roof with a custom engineered truss system to support the most incredible new outdoor space in all of East Texas - the rooftop deck! Yes, I said a ROOFTOP DECK! So now you should be imagining yourself sitting on the roof overlooking that beautiful courthouse while enjoying a great craft beer and some live music or competing in a lively cornhole tournament or simply people-watching from high above during a downtown event or Christmas parade. Are you getting excited yet? And that's only the roof.

Once the roof is on we will start working on the inside, installing a very beautiful stainless brewhouse with fermentation and bright tanks. Then the fun really begins - brewing great craft beer!

Construction will continue with kitchen and bathrooms, second floor events space, offices, grain storage, and much more with all the accoutrements and comfort of your new favorite family friendly, community hangout. A true public house. I ask again - Are you excited yet?

I can't give away all the secrets yet, but we are looking forward to bringing a destination brewery experience to the most beautiful up-and-coming downtown square and arts district in East Texas.

Stay tuned for more information...

Looks like a splendid idea...an asset to downtown in Sam's old bldg. I knew your parents....he roomed at the Dannelly house in Jeff across the street from our old homeplace where I now live...eligible bachelor then....later he and Alice lived in the rock house right behind the D house! Loved Alice and Ann and their parents! Good luck!
